Registration for our 2017 Summer Program
HIWP Club's 2017 Summer Program
Please! It is essential that you read all instructions carefully. Failure to follow the instructions listed may delay your athlete's registration and ability to participate.
1. Complete our online Registration form.
Our summer program is open to players who have completed the sixth grade or older. Space is limited and preference will be given to current Punahou students. Please complete a separate registration for each athlete, i.e., if a family has more than one athlete registering, each athlete needs his/her own registration form. Complete the form and check "Agree and Accept" for all applicable releases: Waiver and Release of Liability, Consent to Participation of a Minor and Parent Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment. Your form is not complete and cannot be processed unless all applicable waivers are accepted by the athlete and one of the athlete’s parents.

2. Pay the appropriate registration fee via PayPal.
If your athlete is not a Punahou student, do not include payment at this time; non-Punahou players will be added as space permits and payment will be due at that time.
Cost for HIWP Club’s 2016 Summer program depends on the player's current grade (for this 2016-2017 school year) not the grade the athlete will be entering in the Fall. If during this 2016-2017 school year, the athlete is in Grade 6 or 7, the cost is $310; if in Grade 8, 9, 10 or 11, the cost is $360.
Withdrawals after June 6th may also be subject to a $30 administrative fee.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Select Athlete's Current Grade from the drop down menu below and be sure to list the Athlete's Full Name for whom payment is being made. Click the "Add to Cart" button to be taken to PayPal's site to complete payment of registration fees.
