Do NOT fill out any forms or pay any fees if your athlete is not currently enrolled at Punahou in grade 6 or older. Your athlete will not be able to participate.

1. Complete our online Registration form.
Please complete a separate registration for each athlete, e.g., if a family has two siblings registering, each athlete must submit his/her own registration form. Be sure to complete the form and read and accept all applicable releases: Waiver and Release of Liability, Consent to Participation of a Minor and Parent Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment. Your form is not complete and cannot be processed unless all applicable waivers are read and accepted by the athlete and one of the athlete’s parents.

2. Pay the appropriate registration fee via PayPal.
Select the Athlete's Current Grade (for this 2020-21 school year, not the grade they will be in in the Fall) from the drop down menu below and be sure to list the Athlete's Full Name and also the athlete's Parent's name and phone number. Click the "Add to Cart" button to be taken to PayPal's site to complete payment of registration fees.

3. Register with USA Water Polo.
Be sure the athlete is registered with USA Water Polo. USA Water Polo is a national organization that oversees water polo clubs all over the country, and membership in it must be renewed every year. Once at the USA Water Polo site,
(1) If you were once a member, but your membership has lapsed, expired, etc. click the "please login” link in the red lettering/box at the top of the form and log in first, then renew your membership as a Bronze Athlete ($45).
(2) If you are a new member, not a current or former member of USA Water Polo, just join as a Bronze Athlete ($45).
(3) When prompted to select a State, select Hawaii. Then use the Club dropdown menu and select "Hawaiian Islands Water Polo (461)" Our Club number is 461.
